Spirit of Freedom Farm is located in a quiet country setting just 60 miles outside of Indianapolis off of I-70 near Terre Haute, Indiana. We offer monthly boarding with options available, overnight and short-term boarding, and have corrals for mustang adopters. We live on site where we are in the process of remodeling the 110 year-old farmhouse and barn.   

You and your horse(s) will have access to:

large 150’ X 300’ outdoor arena 

60’ sand roundpen 

lighted grooming shed with hot & cold water available 

miles of on & off road riding 

Also available are:            6 lush green pastures with run-in shelters  

2 BLM approved corrals that can be connected to the roundpen for mustang adopters. We strongly encourage mustang adoptions* and have adopted 5 mustangs ourselves. We have 9 years of experience in adopting, gentling, caring for and training the mustangs and we also foster mustang yearlings for adoption!

12 X 12 stalls are available, however, we encourage pasture board (where your horse can be free to be a horse!)

heated lounge area with coffee maker, small refrigerator, microwave and TV 

overnight facilities for the horse owner (when arranged in advance)

Natural horsemanship training methods are used and encouraged here at Spirit of Freedom Farm 

Farrier, veterinarian & training services are available on a regular basis, however, it is not  required that you use our services

We also offer pony rides, birthday parties, lessons and more

Horses are very special here at Spirit of Freedom Farm, and they will receive the very best care we can give. You can be sure that we will notify you if any questions or problems arise. Our goal is to provide happy and healthy horses for you to enjoy. We are honored when you trust us with your very special friends, and will do our best to keep your trust.
